Rick & Karrol Johnson bring a total of 30 plus years of experience, and commitment to quality, to this Alaska owned and operated family business.
Karrol contributes to many aspects of the business, from painting to payroll, and assists with décor decisions when needed.
Rick holds a Contractor’s License with Residential Endorsement. He is also BEES (Building Energy Efficiency Standard) Certified to sign ventilation or thermal compliance PUR 101s. His advanced education and certifications also include “Advanced Cold Climate Home Building Techniques” & courses in mold control, vital in structures built to contain heat and moisture for extended periods of time. A list of all Rick's completed courses and certifications is available upon request.
